Notice regarding returns/shipping: Ecophage stands behind their products 100%. They are simple machines free from modern integrated circuits and intern provide years of lasting functionality. If there is a problem with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us at Ecophage@gmail.com so that we may do our best to remedy the issue. Shipping of these products can be expensive and difficult, in order to protect our transaction and hold the shipper responsible for damages, it is important to inspect the package. If it appears bent or compromised in any way please open it AT the post office INFRONT of an employee and verify its contents. That way if there IS damage you can refuse the package and it will be returned to me for reprocessing and reclamation, I will immediately remedy the situation as best I can. Otherwise we are forced to deal with a basically not functioning insurance system, even though I pay ADDITION SHIPPING INSURANCE ON EVERY PACKAGE!! (its insane, I know, I apologize). So unfortunately in the event the package is received, shipping becomes non-refundable. *this has only happened in 3 out of 100+ units world wide, before we started covering the boxes in fragile stickers. So really just a heads up incase.

Return Costs
If package is refused at the post office the unit will likely be replaced quickly, at no cost. If it has been received first it gets a lot trickier. I will still provide as much refund as possible based on the condition I get products back in.
30 Days to Return
Returns are ultimately done at Ecophage’s discretion. Returns that have been used may not be accepted or partial refund may be offered. If you used it, hit it with wd-40 it could save you $$.
Exchanges
Ecophage may exchange products at its discretion likely at customers expense. So if you ship it to me, I’ll swap it for you. Just repay shipping!
